     After graduating from Fanshawe College in 1981 with a degree in Urban Affairs and Real Estate, I worked with three major lending institutions in the Mortgage field.

     I joined Durhammortgage.com Ltd. in 1997 in the position of Office Manager.  In my endeavour to continually upgrade my skills in mortgage financing, I successfully completed the mortgage brokers course in August 2000.
